Cardboard boxes / foam / aluminum in folding formats |
|

Cardboard boxes / foam / aluminum allow protection during transportation of products requiring controlled temperature. The design of these boxes allows to store the folded and stacking packaging, reducing warehouse space, contrary to what happens with other types of packaging such as expanded polystyrene. Furthermore, these insulated boxes have a wide variety of standard sizes and are easily printable like to customize to suit the client in relatively short runs.
Advantages:
- Its format greatly reduces the volume in stock
- Made with recyclable materials
- Different coatings: cardboard, aluminum, polyester film
- Aluminum with laminated foam is a 100% recyclable product.
Applications:
- Ideal for any product that requires controlled temperature.
- For transportation of pharmaceutical, biomedical, diagnostic samples, etc ...
- Transportation of foodstuffs, perishable, samples.
Other options:
- They are easily printable in flexo or offset

Isothermal box UN approved for Hazardous Goods |
|

Standardized insulated boxes (4GV) for the transport of dangerous goods that require refrigeration or freezing temperatures during transport. They are complemented by the use of cold packs or dry ice.

High insulation polyurethane boxes |
|

Boxes made of Polyurethane Foam in thicknesses between 30 and 80 mm. Polyurethane Foam is a solid, uniform and durable material that has a high insulation power due to its low thermal conductivity which represents a 25% improvement over the average insulation power of the other products used in insulation (eg extruded polystyrene foams and expanded ...). These boxes can be used with positive or negative cold packs and/or with dry ice.
Standard configurations have positive temperatures (0 ° C to +8 ° C) and negative (-15 ° C and -21 º C) for 72-96-120 hs. transits. Using dry ice for negative temperatures can ensure the cold chain for more than 168 hours of transport.
- External box: White Corrugated cardboard, 1 color print
- Isothermal Material: Polyurethane wall thickness 50 mm.
- Refrigerant Materials: Positive and Negative cold packs, Dry Ice, etc.
- Transport Length: up to 120 hours
Advantages:
- Dimensionally stable, it does not elongates, contracts or deforms
- Excellent insulation
- Excellent stamp (due to its closed structure)
- It is not attacked by rodents, insects can't nest, contrary to what happens to the expanded polystyrene
- Lightweight
- Resistant to shock and vibration
- Highly resistant to impacts during transport
Applications:
- Transportation of temperature sensitive materials such as
- biological samples
- vaccines
- insulin
- food products, etc..
